NI Industries, Inc. is a pioneer in the development and production of munitions metal components. As the only manufacturer of large caliber deep draw steel cartridge cases in the U.S. Industrial Base, and only known manufacturer in the Western World, NI is recognized for its innovative technological capability, especially as it relates to the use of deep draw technology. NI is also uniquely qualified in the manufacture of mortars and projectiles as well as rocket and missile casings using both hot and cold forming methods and has a highly automated line capable of producing grenade bodies for the new improved design of munitions including the extended and guided Multiple Launch Rocket Systems.

Cartridge Cases

NI Industries has more than 50 years of experience in the development and manufacture of a broad spectrum of steel, brass and aluminum cases ranging from 40mm to 155mm. Our manufacturing flexibility, extensive capacity and process stability allow us to reliably and efficiently meet and exceed our customers' requirements. Thousands of cartridge cases of varying specifications are produced every month in our Northern California state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Each manufactured item is the result of a series of complex processing steps that yield a product of highest quality while meeting the customers' performance, safety, schedule, and cost requirements.

Mortar and Projectile Bodies

NI Industries, Inc. has more than 50 years of experience in the configuration and manufacture of mortar and projectile bodies. Mortar and projectile bodies of varying specifications ranging from 57mm to 105mm can be produced in our California state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Over the years NI has produced millions of these components for customers all over the world.

Grenade Bodies

NI Industries, Inc. has more than 50 years of experience in the development and manufacture of metal munitions products including cargo grenade bodies. Grenade bodies of varying specifications including M42, M46, M77, XM80 and M67 can be produced in our California state-of the-art manufacturing facility. Each grenade body is produced via a series of complex processing steps that yield a product of the highest quality. Over the years NI has produced and delivered millions of these grenade bodies to customers all over the world.
